Should we go to war or take care of our needs at home?  We are spending billions of dollars in other countries, yet our cities are facing bankruptcy or bankrupt like Detroit, Michigan, which is predominantly African-Americans. Yesterday, I attended Maggie Daley's wake.  I stood in the cold and rain for about 50 minutes with hundreds of others, but it gave me time to reflect on her life and how she lit up the world with her smile and helping others.
